As part of 1C expansion in Vietnam we are now in need and seeking for an individual who could fill up the position stated below. Based within Vietnam office the position will require the candidate to conduct:
1. Effective execution of new opportunities for growth within Vietnamese IT-market. Formulate customized business development offers for the best partners and clients.
2. Create and provide a well-organized plan with its key features to motivate partners and customers to develop trust for using 1C software and 1C developing platform in achieving strategic business objectives.
3. Ensure that business management processes are in order and business development best quality practices are followed.
4. Prepare evidence base request of delivering as well as developing in demand products for the market. The candidate has to manage development of new products for the Vietnamese software market.

Candidates are required interpersonal skills:
1. Ability to manage and coordinate software developing company team: software developers, maintenance specialists and sales persons.
2. Well-rounded communication skills to lead, coach and motivate sales team in driving a successful strategy and model that supports business success and contributes to aggressive expanding of 1C across Vietnam.
3. Introduce 1C to partners for sales, marketing and services. Create, manage and participate in joint marketing events. Lead and develop empowerment programs to all our respected partners according the business plan.
4. Recruit, develop, motivate and retain the most talented personnel in Vietnam.
5. Meet or exceed revenue targets of business plan objectives and grow revenue.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years of experience within an Enterprise Software Company working with large system integrators, sales enablement industry operations, and corporate development. All candidates are expected to provide work certifications from previous affiliations.
• Fluency in English or Russian.
• Native Vietnamese speaker.
• Knowledge of SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based/on -premise business solutions.
• Experience of building and managing a successful sales team, experience of a recognized sales methodology is essential.
• Experience in managing partners across Vietnam.
• Track record of carrying and achieving assigned.
