Mô tả công việc

  • Developing strategies to ‘hunt’ for new business as per the company objectives;
  • Focusing on small, medium and large client opportunities;
  • Achieving KPI’s and GP targets;
  • Managing client accounts;
  • Analysing sales results from the team and recommend suitable strategies to ensure a positive performance for AVTech Vietnam;  
  • Minimising business risk;
  • Learning, understanding and embracing AVTech’s core solution portfolio and technology strengths;  
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, appearance and professionalism;
  • Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;
  • Developing, training, motivating and managing staff effectively;
  • Maintaining a harmonious working environment;
  • Managing and developing appropriate partnerships with distributors, technology vendors (especially focus technology partners) and services alliances;  
  • Working with internal and external resources to grow the business from marketing activities and events;  
  • Generating sales leads for the business through marketing relationships, activities and events;  
  • Travelling throughout Vietnam/region. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Minimum of 5 years corporate working experience in a sales management role and/or general management role;  
  • Must have the appropriate levels of contacts and knowledge in the ICT solutions/services industry;  
  • Must be able to manage and deliver a high level of client satisfaction (‘customer service’) into all client accounts;  
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English (and Vietnamese).
