Role: The Business Development Manager has responsibility for the management of multiple key accounts in the concerned destination (HCMC). His/Her objective is to grow Innovo JSC's sales activities in the assigned sector(s) and destination(s).

The employee shall: 

Follow and comply with the company sales processes;

Sell advertising services on Innovo’s JSC online and offline publications

Develop and sustain a large network of potential leads in our field of interest

Visit a minimum of 40 potential clients per month (shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, hotels, spas, travel agencies...) and conduct face to face meetings

Send quotes to potential customers and support the admin team when needed for contracts and payments collection

Forecast annual, quarterly & monthly sales revenue; analyze data to identify sales opportunities

Recruit a full sales team in Saigon and Hanoi

Set individual sales targets with sales team

Evaluate performance of sales staff; provide feedback, training & coaching to sales team

Track and interpret sales figures; investigate lost sales and major accounts

Actively participate to the sales of City Pass Guide printed publications

Participate in PR/marketing activities in the destination

Sustain reports with key accounts by making periodic visits & explore specific needs, anticipate new opportunities

Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends

Report all the sales activities in the company CRM software

Any other duties assigned from time to time

-The employee shall have/be:

-Credible and trustworthy

-Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written

-Experience in sales, advertising and/or account management for SME’s

-Ability to work independently and in a team

-Strong network in the travel and F&B industry in Vietnam is highly valued

-Track record of achievements in sales or business development

-English proficiency

-Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent

-Dressed professionally

-Willing to travel to meet clients

-Keen with computer and new technologies

-Stable and willing to develop a career

-A motorbike, a laptop computer and a mobile phone

-Non smoker preferably

-Key skills

Strong general education/knowledge/experience in a variety of fields

- Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm with lunch break - 5 days a week

- Holidays: 12 days + national holidays
