The jobholder will build, manage and implement field-operation and customer database: Maximize the field-force capacity usage through successfully implementing, executing CRM Segmentation; Track, and analyze customer engagement, market insights by detailing follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Understanding & Acumen:
• Primarily understanding of sales processes and the role of CRM such as tender process, Demo, sample, …
• Conduct analyses to provide business insights, common market analysis and market researches to sales and marketing colleagues.
• Strategy insight partnership with Marketing and Field Operations: Monthly assess the quality report of Field force Activities, Business Expansion Consulting.
2. Data Owner, Training & Implementation
• Owner of customer database within CRM (SFDC) system (Accounts & HCPs) according to the authority: work with AP CRM as the main contact for SFDC, ensuring no duplicates in CRM, manage and issue the account for new users.
• Territory Management (track on and manage the territory from HoD’s instruction) & Rules creation and management within CRM.
• Conduct trainings regarding navigation of CRM (SFDC) system and reports to users: how to use and customize the report from system. Willing to travel for training purposes.
3. KPls, Analytics & Targeting-Segmentation
• Create custom Reports and Dashboards within CRM system for sales & marketing colleagues
• Provide the consulting to Sales & MK based on facts of data to lead to decision making
• Synergize data from validated third party sources into CRM: cooperate to EDP to collect, format and input mass data into CRM.
• Conduct Targeting & Segmentation (profiling) projects based on the data within CRM system: Design and set up the data report framework for specific projects of Sales and Marketing team.
• Cooperate to S&M Management to design the KPIs that measure and track on the quality report of Sales Force to ensure the CRM utilization (Days in Field, Coverage). It should include a.o.: calls/day; calls/product; messages/call; days in field vs admin; sales/head at all levels of sales force

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education : Bachelor in Statistics/IT/Economics/Management
• Experience : CRM (SFDC preferred) or other database management experience with 1-2 years experience with Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical/Consumables company/industry
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CRM system (preferred) Customer Database Management knowledge
• Analytical skills (measure growth, identify duplicate records)
• Good English, both written and verbal communication
• Working independently
• Passion for CRM management
• Hard worker and result-oriented
