This role focuses on building collaborative, revenue-producing partnership by managing complex and multifaceted relationships with major business partners/suppliers covering 6 products (Hotel & Resorts, Dining, Yacht, Flight, Car Rental and New Experience).

Job Duties:

- Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value related to company products

- Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of their online registration

- Encourage program participation through focused project sprints

- Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including phone, email, messaging, and webinars

- Train and inform partners on our technologies, tools and models

- Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and tracks progress in internal systems

- Improve team operational processes and manage supporting resources

- Build, maintain, and continuously improve the relationship with key partners/suppliers as well as internal stakeholders

- Ensure to secure best available and competitive price timely of the products offered by the partners/supplier against the price offered to the other OTA competitors

- Meet partnership contract targets and work timeline/reports are set by the management covering each product sector

- Cultivate new business opportunities by communication with partner/supplier prospects via telephone and email, as well as conducting meaningful and compelling sales presentations electronically and in-person to satisfy the business needs of the supplier/partner

- Ensure long-term win/win business relationship with the supplier/partner

- Lead generation, using sophisticated understanding of social media and various digital technologies, to identify key supplier/partner prospects and manage prospects through the entire sales process

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to source niche products which will appeal to our target users/members from the identified supplier/partner

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g Product Manager, Marketing, Market Manager) to implement initiatives to improve the relationship and business with the suppliers/partners

- Manage and build a portfolio of national and local partnerships to generate revenue, goodwill, and advancement of each product sector.

- Manage the prospecting lifecycle for new partnerships and expansions, including prospecting, solicitation, pipeline and moves management, cultivation, partner stewardship and long-term relationship management

- Research potential partners and identify relevant stakeholders

- Keep abreast of the OTA competitor’s performance and new initiative and keep management informed of thesr information

- Develop and implement individual plans and strategies for developing key partnerships and initiatives through mobilizing necessary internal and external resources to ensure all partnerships are effectively executed and partner’s need are fully met.

- Oversee fulfillment of partnerships to include impact reports for suppliers/partners

- Act as single point of contract for the key partner/supplier on both business/commercial/payment and IT queries

- Monitor the performance of key supplier/partner on corporate level and property level, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve problems and/or to catch opportunities

- Maintain close communication with our user/member service team, IT development team and the partner/supplier to ensure quality service to our user/member

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor or equivalent degree preferred 

- Minium 3-5 years’ experience working in operational or execution role preferred although fresh graduates welome to apply

- Basic computer and analysis skills

- Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions

- Intellectual Curiosity

- Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets)

- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment

- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business

- Able to support Thailand market and following the business hours & public holidays in Thailand

- Fluency in spoken English & Thai or third foreign language is preferred
