Mô tả công việc

* Bussiness development: 70%

- Achieve sales targets

- Searching new customers and setting appointments

- Making solution, margin + credit analysis, presenting to customers

- Negotiating and contracting with customers

- Maintain accounts and set professional relationship with contracted customers

- Develop a working relationship with the relevant support departments e.g. Operations, to ensure they are kept up to date with all issues relating to customers

- Follow process with relevant support functions to meet iGAP margin, capacity plan, optimizational commits.

- Porfolio sales forecast, routine report, and produce information for management necessary

* Networking: 30%

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Customer routine visit and service review

- Act as the customers‟ main point of contact, by liasing closely with the relevant departments within iGAP to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.


Yêu cầu ứng viên

Eduaction: Ideal Bachelor in Logistics or Commerce or Management

Experience: 1-3 years on bussiness development

* Specific Skills:

- Strong communication in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written)

- Presentation skill

- Problem Solving

- Customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships

- Must possess a strong work ethic

- Well organized and detail oriented

- Ability to work both independently and within a team

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

* Personal Characteristics:

- Using communication as a tool to manage stakeholders during change.

- Assertive

- Positive attitude is critical

- Credibility, reliability, responsibility, trustworthy
