C&B Intern

Support HRL staff to do admin work for HRL2 section:

• Receive the document submitted by associates
• Communication to associates for an HR topic (like delivery documents, fill in an HR form, ..)
• Support HRL staff to check and control data of time keeping:
• Input new associates into time keeping system
• Export and checking data from time keeping system
• Report to leader if there is any abnormal issue happen to time keeping
  

Support HRL staff in some HR function:

• Support to check document of SI, HI, UI
• Translate simple documents b/w Vietnamese vs English
• Other C&B related activities

• Last-year student major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Reliable, pro-active, high-disciplined patient, careful and enjoy working with figures
• Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Good communication skills
  

• Monthly allowance for Intern
• Bus transportation from Ho Chi Minh city to the plant and vice versa
• 1 full paid leave per month
• Full-paid leaves on Vietnamese national holidays (e.g. Independence day, TET – Lunar New Year, etc.)
• Participation in out of working time trainings according to company regulations (soft skills, plant tour, sports, team building etc.)
• Performance appraisal at the end of internship
