- Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels
- Good Chinese communications skills, both oral and written
- Support Technical member to troubleshoot issue and manage infrastructure systems.
- Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other IT-related technologies.
- Contribute to the delivery of the overall IT support to users at a global scale.
- May be required to fill in single shifts on managed services shift roster
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate University Degree in Foreign Language, Chinese will be preferred.
- Foreign Language: Chinese qualification at least Hsk3.
- Understand Chinese IT/software vocabulary will be preferred.
- Hard working, detail oriented, focused.
