Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1. Recruitment workflow (80%)
- Handle recruitment workflow with team including: searching and screening candidates, book interview, issue letter of employment, probation contract, handbook, confirm letter after appraisal, inform about HR policies.
Details inside actions:
- According to recruitment demands from CEO and projects to look for potential candidates who apply for that.
- Searching and hiring candidates on social networks such as Linkedin, Facebook, Skype, Zalo or posting jobs on social networks.
- Screen CVs and interview candidates in accordance with company standards via phone or chatting on social networks to know more about candidates.
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the technical team.
- Received appraisal candidate through technical team and propose to CEO before send it to candidates.
- Send issue offers or reject email to candidates.
- Take care of the candidate up to on board on time. 
- Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient to turn around time and candidate’s qualifications;
- You will work with a team leader who has many years' experiences in hunting, recruitment and HR general. She is so cute and always supports the team to complete the job.
1.2. Training (10%)
- Conduct the orientation training needed to new Employees when Newcomers are on board. Share and guide newcomers on how to understand relating to HR policies, rules, regulations.
1.3. Internal communication (10%)
- Work and support with IC team to build programs, actions for team to make spirit higher
- Do other tasks that arise during work.

 REQUIREMENTS:
- Language: English is priority. If your English is not good, BMBSoft will help you to improve your skills
- Qualifications: A Bachelor degree, preferably in a computer-related field.
Required experience:
-          At least 2 years' experience in recruitment IT company.
-          Have soft skills in communication with the team and employees.
-          Satisfied employees and make spirit comfortable.
