Mô tả công việc
• Handling full cycle of the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for all vacancies;
• Being the contact point who working closely with hiring managers to understand, analyze and consult recruitment request, hiring needs;
• Enriching the candidate pool/sourcing channels for all the industries that the company aiming to;
• Working with Talent Acquisition Team on Employer Branding activities/plan on target audience;
• Implement recruitment report (Daily, Monthly Report);
• Administrative support for HR and Talent Acquisition task;
• Other tasks as assigned from direct superior.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University majoring in Human Resource, Labor Economics, Business Administration or other major with a strong desire in HR, especially Talent Acquisition;
• 1 – 2 years working experience in the same position is preferable;
• Good communication, problem solving and multitasking skills;
• Fluently in English;
• Great teamwork and customer service mindset.
