• Directly report Head of HR relative to Recruitment performance.
• Develop and run the full cycle of recruitment procedure to ensure about recruitment plan.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
• Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
• Work with line managers on recruiting planning meetings.
• Create job descriptions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Collect data on cost-per-hire, time to hire, the impact of a continuous improvement process on cost savings, and the improvement of work processes in the time taken or steps involved.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven experience in Recruitment at least 3-5 years, strong experience in mass recruitment positions in Finance, Tele-sales would be a plus
• College/University degree in relevant field
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Fluent English.
• Experience in international companies would be an advantage.
• Work well with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
