Content Marketing Specialist

• Work with product and other departments to develop company and product messaging
• Build content marketing strategies that fit the B2B buyer persona and journey
• Stay up-to-date on new and existing content tools and trends 

• Produce customer-centric content for demand generation and lead generation
• Write dynamic, compelling content to fuel inbound efforts such as whitepapers, infographics, videos, newsletter, customer success stories, and more

• Publish valuable content on multiple channels including website, blog, social media, or email
• Develop and manage email content, including automated campaigns that span the customer journey
• Write for search engine optimization (SEO) and incorporate keywords where needed
• Track web analytics to measure content engagement levels

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, English or all related fields
• Good understanding of content marketing, customer journeys, and buyer persona
• Result-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on new responsibilities and projects
• Positive mindset and open to new approaches to marketing
• Welcome remote working
• Value transparency and clear communication with teammates
• Experience with a variety of content formats, including written, infographic, video, web/email, social, etc.
• Fluent in English:
  • Good speaking skills (our team communicates in English)
  • Excellent copywriting skills (IELTS 7.0 a plus)
• Basic understanding of content management systems (e.g. WordPress) a plus;

• Strong content marketing experience (designing, implementing, measuring) at technical audience in ecommerce solution, retailing, or B2B SaaS
• Portfolio of engaging marketing materials that have made an impact
• Proficiency with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM or similar platforms) and keyword tools.
• Experience in eCommerce and/or technology fields is a plus
• Graphic design skills (especially working with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus.
• Video production skill is a HUGE PLUS!
