Mô tả công việc

1.To support, and act as 2nd review person on preparation/review of following documents of the Company in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations

- Members' Council documents: Charter/JVA/Resolution/Agreements related

- Documents/correspondence between the Company and its stakeholders/3rd business parties

2. To support on reviewing of Company’s regulation/rules related

3. Internal Policy Compliance

- Supporting in on the Company's policy compliance: (i) review, amend, and inspect the related internal policies; (ii) review other internal policies be required from time to time

- Acting as a legal backup for different functions within the Company.

4. Legal Updates

- To study, provide and advise on necessary legal updates, including legal newsletters and legal alerts, relating to the Company's business activities

5. Others:

- Arrange/Manage Company's business license documents and the likes

- Backup member of assigned corporate affairs when necessary

- Review Statistics Reports (quarterly/yearly) to MPI/MOIT/Statistics Office

- Other assignments

Yêu cầu ứng viên


- Relevant Bachelor degree

- At least 5 year experience in Corporate & Legal roles with at least 2 year experience as Assistant Manager/ Manager position

- Knowledge in Automobile & relevant regulations

- Good command of English

- Logical and examination skills

- Presentation & analysis capabilities

- Office software skills (including presentation)

- Trustworthy, dynamic and experienced working at foreign legal offices shall be prevailed

Working time

Mon-Fri (7:30 - 16:30)

Salary range (VND)

Around 50,000,000 VND + allowance


- Bonus: 13th month

- Performance bonus & profit bonus (max 5 months)

Any staff payroll questions and concerns are given the highest priority. ADI manages salary tax and other government compliance related matters.
