- Drive aggressively to achieve the assigned RN (Room Nights) targets
- Build and acquire new sales leads and business partners (corporate, travel agents, events)
- Engage client relationships for growth opportunities with existing corporate clients
- Update local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets
- Prepare sales materials such as proposals, contracts, brochure, and leaflets
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, tracker, and plan as required
- Develop incentive program and marketing activities to grow sales opportunities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in hospitality, B2B business or service sales
- Experience in dealing with travel agencies, and corporate customers (companies, booking hotel centers, etc.)
- Comfort with a fast-paced working environment. Experience in start-up is a plus.
- Be proactive with warrior attitude
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work with minimal guidance
- Willing to travel.
