Creative Account Executive

Client Service:

• Working directly with clients for taking briefs
• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships that will assist project development as well as impacting future business opportunities.
• Serving as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
• Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Approaching new potential customers to build the relationship and earn new projects.

Suppliers & team working

• Building and maintaining close relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensuring the production quality and timeline of both suppliers and team that meet the standard of 5S Media & clients.

Projects Management

• Being responsible for making proposals and proposing to Manager and clients
• Presenting alongside agency colleagues, the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
• Daily working with clients, partners, suppliers and production team (Content Producer & Designer) to complete the detailed project plan with day-to-day operational aspects of project scope from initiation to closure.
• Reporting to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Leader and clients.
• Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
• Working with other teams to provide creative inputs.
• Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
• Managing accounts and accomplish assignments in a timely and efficient manner such as campaign performance, media plan, contract preparation…

Product & team development

• Together with other colleagues, you are required to enhance the strength of current products and build new products to approach potential customers.
• Optimizing the expense of each project.
• Optimizing the working procedure to optimize resources.
• Expand team scale and develop business in the Creative field.

• At least 1 year of experience at the position of Account Executive and having experience at Creative field working with graphic designer, film/video/radio maker, production supplier at designing, printing and video making, etc.
• Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Effective team working skill.
• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
• Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

• Basic salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 (gross)
• Project commission and 13th - month salary

• 2 months
• Probation salary: 85% of the salary will be paid.

• 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week with schedule daily working hours from Monday to Friday as follows:
• Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
• Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
