Customer Services / Dịch vụ khách hàng:
- Welcome guests in professional way.
- Coordinate with Center Manager to distribute visit to Education Consultant
- Update visitors’ info on CRM.
- Become a service hub to receive all customer/ student feedback/ complaints as center level.
- Create the ticket to follow up, resolve and update until the cases is closed.
- Receive incoming calls, within three rings, positively and friendly.
Student Services / Dịch vụ học viên:
- Coordinate with Academic and Admissions Department to do the survey to customers and
students all the time.
- Assign cabins in the system for students learning Multimedia.
- Provide customer caring based on SOPs to bring the VIP feeling to customers/students.
Operation / Vận hành:
- Maintain center operation: check temperature of classes, keep center clean and tidy, good
music, good smell, etc.
- Manage and control light systems and air conditioners at center to optimize the monthly
consuming electrical expense.
- Supervise performance of Housekeeper at center to make sure she performs well.
- Support Academic and Admissions departments in center's event organizing.
- Support MKT team to implement the promotion campaign as center level.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College degree or above
- At least 1-year experience in customer services/ customer care. Having previous customer
service experience in hotel/ restaurant is preferable
- Exhibits positive attitudes
- Customer-centric attitude
- Good verbal communication skills in Vietnamese & English
- Working in shift: 9AM - 6PM and 1PM - 9PM (rotation in the week)
