• Raising quotations and sale contracts.
• Follow up all of the sales contract process
• Follow up and remind customer payments
• Input sales information into internal system
• Manage internal database
• Handling customer requests via email and emailing newsletters to potential customers.
• Chasing sales quotes.
• Maintaining good customer relations.
• Maintaining client records.
• Other relevant tasks.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in business administration or foreign trade.
• 1 year experience in the sales support/sales admin/sales analysis
• Customer service or client management.
• Being proactive and flexible.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Being courteous and professional.
• Must be able to use English fluently and effectively.
• Being able to use office software.
