Opec Plastics JSC is one of the largest international resin distributors in Vietnam and South East Asia. We have been doing business of plastic resin for more than 15 years.

With Head Quarter located in Hanoi and 2 plastic bag manufacturing plants in North Vietnam, we have branches and offices throughout the world: Singapore, Indonesia (Jakarta), China (Shanghai/Guangzhou), Dubai, Philippines (Manila), Russia (Moscow), Turkey (Istanbul) and USA (Houston Texas). We are growing quickly and are seeking a motivated and talented sales professional to further our market leadership for local and global markets.

Customer Relation Manager is belong to our domestic team who will work mostly with partners, clients and consulting centre team in Vietnam. She or he will:

1. Plan and deliver CRM strategy into actions which closely follow the company’s development strategy in long and short term.

2. Carry out action plans:

+ Collect comments/ feedbacks from customers to improve service quality pre and after sales; ensure customer satisfation;

+ Frequently visit VIP Customers and Regular Customers to encourage and develop customer loyalty

+ Implement plans/programs/policies/events for CRM work as assigned by the General Director;

+ Collect comments/feedback on the effectiveness of post-deployment programs;

3. Research, develop and implement Sales solutions;

4. Establish relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers to serve the company's business strategy

5. Other jobs required by the General Director

6. Work location: Level 13 BIDV Tower, 194 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Experience:

- Customer Relationship Manager will work in Hanoi. Applicants are required to have 5-10 years of experience in finance consulting or product B2B sales or relationship manager/ priority manager in banking

2. Skill:

- Good English communication. Toeic certificate 650 or higher or equivalent;

- Active, enthusiastic, creative thinking, good-looking appearance;

- Good communication and presentation skills; Good voice

- Ability to work under high pressure;

- Willing to travel in Vietnam and abroad

3. Degree:

- Graduate from universities with degree in trade, business administration, banking or relevant major

4. Working time and location :

- Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Monday to Saturday morning, lunch time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
