1. Manage daily customer service task included order follow up, arrange PI/SO, delivery, allocate CS staff for new accounts
2. Manage customer expectation in terms of communication, complaint, after sales service
3. Monitor internal system from beginning to the end. Ensure order status is updated accurately
4. Work with relevant departments to make sure orders are delivered as the plan
5. Ensure report deadline to HQ
6. Customer Performance Review Report
7. Coach and train CS staff on new program
8. Joining HQ conference call for specific topics

English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
