- Receive Customer feedback and record feedback on Savyu system;
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure;
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents;
- Provide information and details;
- Work closely with other departments.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1 year + experience in customer service, partnership associate (E-Commerce is a plus);
- Good command of English and MS. Office;
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, quick learner;
- Problem solving skills, communication skills;
- Phone Skills - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
