• Understanding business process, needs and requirements.
• Receiving support tickets assigned from Customer Support Manager and/or stakeholders.
• Delivering advanced troubleshooting to support end-users via various channels in a timely and accurate way.
• Collaborating with the technical team to advise technical solutions to resolve customer problems. Act as a bridge between the internal technical team and stakeholders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Being responsible for the ticket until it is accepted by customers and closed.
• Staying up to date with changes and updates in a company’s systems.
• Preparing and managing business documents: UAT Document, User Manual, System Process Flow, etc.
• Other tasks assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Have IT background and/ or familiarity with software industry
• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service or related field
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
• Customer oriented mindset and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Able to work both independently and in team to come up with creative solution
