- Arranging and sending service schedule notifications to customers on a monthly basic.
- Calling and confirming with customers for routine visits before actual visits.
- Communicating with Service Supervisors of any schedule changed versus initial arrangement as per customer’s request.
- Printing and passing service docket, service delivery notes to Service Supervisors daily.
- Verify all Service Execution Requests and its supporting documents versus database in system.
- Supervising the monthly Operation KPI report to Finance with Branch Manager’s approval.
- Handling seasonal projects, which is launched internally and effecting to Operations department.
- Other tasks are required by Line Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant
- 1- 2 year working experience in Customer service
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Work under highly pressured
- Communication skills
- MS ability (Excel is a must)
- Good English skills
