● Recording and serving tenants inquiry directly or indirectory by transferring the inquiry to relevant department.
● Overseeing main lobby to ensure the cleanliness and facilities/equipment are in order and in good operation condition.
● Following building standard operating procedures.
● Delivering excellent customer service, at all times.
● Recording details of actions taken.
● Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
● Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring logbook and visitor attendance records.
