Mô tả công việc

  • Build up inbound team with handling relevant tasks:

+ Consult about product information: types of cards, fees, procedures to make cards...

Transfer to sale if the customer has demand to create account

+ Card information support: payment information, limit, payment history, payment check, statement, balance, unpaid balance ..., information can be checked on the system and counter immediate retrieval to customers

+ Instructions for searching information, using web, applications, ... (if deploying more these channels)

  • Build up card operation team with handling relevant tasks:

+ Handle issues related to delivery card, PIN, billing matters/disputes of cardholders, merchants, international networks…
+ Interact with customer to solve the requests from customers within SLA
+ Coordinate with Helpdesk to resolve problems regarding system or hardware

  • Cooperating with Complain Handling team to handle disputes raising by customers related to credit card.
  • Work with IT to design system to support credit card customer service as well as playing the role in UAT to ensure the operations going well.
  • Working with departments, Card organizations and partner bank to solve disputes and fraud cases;
  • Training and updating employees in policy, procedure and service;
  • Direct, develop, motivate, hire and discipline the staff; administer performance evaluations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Review call reports and monitor calls.
  • Others as assigned by higher level

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  •  University degree in Banking, Finance or relating areas
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Customer Service, Inbound, Complain Handling of credit card business preferably in banking or financial institution
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio)
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management and Improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean), for example: business process design, business operating procedures, data process modelling…
  • Good knowledge of credit card system and processes
  • Experiences in Project Management is plus
  • Good knowledge of credit card system and processes related to customer service
  • Experiences in Project Management is plus
