Purpose of the role:
- All business activities which are related to assigned (Visa Application Center) VAC business.
- Coordinate with other VACs, Supervisor/ Manager to compliance required activates at VAC.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for front office’s operations smoothly (including Submission office: counters, waiting area)
- Ensure VAC's staff to follow the process, customer service standard to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Quality check daily report before submitting to Supervisor every days/ month
- Support Supervisor to train for new staff for job knowledge and skill.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor or Colleges Degree.
- Prefer candidates with team leader experiences in customer service fields.
- Good command in English
- Good Computer skills
- Customer service oriented
- Working for hospitality/ Visa Application Center is preferred
Quyền lợi được hưởng
