Receive Customer feedback and record feedback on Savyu system;
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure;
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents;
Provide information and details;
Work closely with other departments .

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1 year + experience in customer service, sales admin is a plus.
Good command of English and MS. Office.
Positive attitude, self-discipline, good communication.
Phone Skills - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Quick learner.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
