- Support customers in problem analysis and trouble shooting of Microsoft CRM application:
- Receive requests from world-wide customers via emails, request management systems and phone calls.
- Resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company's system.
- Most customers come from USA, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Turkey, etc...
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Must have Knowledge in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), experience working with Microsoft CRM is an advantage.
- 2-3 years of Customer Service
- Good English; ability to communicate directly with customers.
- Ability to analyze, logical thinking.
- Skillful in using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Have a good spirit of learning, attitude and responsibility.
- Ability to work long-term.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Basic salary: negotiated (up to 20,000,000 VND). If the candidate is outstanding, this can be slightly increased.
- Salary review is every 6 months;
- An additional allowance of VND250,000/shift when working shift 3 (10 pm - 7 am).
- Other allowances: parking fee of your motorbike, necessities are available (milk, cake, tea, coffee, etc) to ensure health at work.
