- Support customers throughout their journey on Haravan products;
- Analyze customers’ outstanding issues and follow-up for resolution to their utmost satisfaction and update all activities on tracking system in courteous and timely manner;
- Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc.
- Conduct customer surveys to obtain feedback;
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
- Assist in training peers on improving customer support service.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background in e-Commerce, Information System or related fields;
- 1-year experience in software application support;
- Experience in e-Commerce software is a plus;
- Proven logical thinking about software product operation and systems;
- Must be customer-oriented;
- Excellent communications, problem solving and learning skills.
