Mô tả công việc

  • Support customers throughout their journey on Haravan products;
  • Analyze customers’ outstanding issues and follow-up for resolution to their utmost satisfaction and update all activities on tracking system in courteous and timely manner;
  • Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc.
  • Conduct customer surveys to obtain feedback;
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
  • Assist in training peers on improving customer support service.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Background in e-Commerce, Information System or related fields;
  • 1-year experience in software application support;
  • Experience in e-Commerce software is a plus;
  • Proven logical thinking about software product operation and systems;
  • Must be customer-oriented;
  • Excellent communications, problem solving and learning skills.
