Digital Account Executive Cum Sales / Nhân Viên Phụ Trách Khách Hàng Kiêm Kinh Doanh (Salary Negotiation)

- Support Account Lead and BOD to implement external projects included 1st client meeting to take brief, proposed idea draft for digital marketing activities prompt and onboard for execution.

- Brainstorming and working with internal function teams to devise the digital marketing and communication plans that meet client’s brief and budget.

- Managing step by step of project execution to ensure client requests are met in a timely.

- Being responsible to keep update and report project status at every stage. Updating any changes or delay to clients, keeping good relationship with clients in professional manner.

- Monitoring the effectiveness and performance of projects: closely monitor performance of project practices, responsible for working with internal team members for outcomes and hit KPI as set up, discussing weekly/ monthly/ end-of-project performance review with client.

- Ability to work with client to increase the company business opportunities (sales), cross-functional teams to the joint project goes smoothly and efficiently.

- Follow up and making report after completing phase/ projects with evaluation.

- Following up client's payment, reporting to Managers and Finance Dept.

- To be willing to work independently and support members to complete tasks if team members are absent due to unexpected reasons.

- Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency/ Digital Publisher, pharmaceutical & healthcare to be preferred.

- Intermediate understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user experience, strategic planning, digital tools…).

- Ability to work under high pressure, tight deadline and time management.

- Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time, and detail oriented.

- Good organization skill & communication skill with clients and team members.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Power point and Excel.
