- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Plan and execute various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content.
- Build an inbound marketing plan. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate members of the digital marketing team.
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- Report to senior managers
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels such as: Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, Medium
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- BA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field.
