- Develop & monitor the execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns, including online advertising, online market place, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
- Setup and optimize ads on Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords
- Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including brand website, social assets, mobile, retail site and so on for maximum compliance and achieve maximum reputation
- Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign schedules to ensure the deliverables as aligned including timeline, KPI & activity commitments.
- Work with related functions such as Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Care and others to efficiently convey digital campaign with 360 degree exploration
- Assist Marketing Director to develop full year digital media strategy and implementation with appropriate budget & KPIs metrics
- Implement & monitor all media plans in Lien A including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting
- Real time monitor trafficking/ ad serving system
- Real time optimization to ensure efficient media performance
- Develops and executes paid search campaign recommendations and optimizations in Google Adwords
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly meeting report with relevant teams
- Monitor & analyze competitors including direct competitors and online vendors and propose suggestion to improve.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field Or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Manager
- Knowledge of competitive marketplace
- Understand how to build up Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube channels.
- Ability to work closely with marketing & design team to create social & email material.
- Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the Digital activities
- Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools (e.g., SRDS, Nielsen NetRatings, DoubleClick, Comscore, Epinion…)
- Gain understanding of online campaign management trafficking/ad serving systems
