- Supervise e-commerce operations and online brand visibility
- Product Listing: Add new content on partner and company websites
- E-logistics: assist with monitoring order status, product availability and/or product deliveries
- Customer Experience: Ensure consistent and accurate product messaging on direct and partner sites.
- Customer services – respond to online and social media customer enquiries
- Assist with preparation of content for social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo, etc.
- Prepare regular reports on sales trends and customer engagement
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
- Good communication skills in English - written and verbal
- Photoshop and graphic editing experience
- Energetic, sincere, attention to details
- Understanding of the e-Commerce retail environment & marketing strategies
- Knowledge about online campaign management – Google, Facebook, etc.
- 1-3 years of e-commerce marketing experience
- Experience with ecommerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, etc is preferred but not essential.
