Ecommerce Executive

• Responsible for merchandising PGI’s e-store and executing on-site promotions.

• Develop and execute the online merchandising daily tasks and operation.

• Implement new method to develop sales from existing customers (Ecom platforms) and new customers, and identify and develop new ecom business units.

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and E-come Partner to meet deliverables.

• Work closely with PGI sales & marketing team to optimize sales and marketing tools through targeting to provide the best consumer experience across platforms.

• Be able to understand/ utilize and grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovative strategies.

• Be able to analyze and provide basic E-com indexes and report such as: conversion rate and optimization through online activities/ campaigns including: Target and Achivement, Conversion Rate, Basic Seller Makerting KPI’s , customer journey analysis, optimization, online surveys/customer feedback, cart abandonment analysis, and consumer segmentation.

• At least 1 year of experience in Retail and Market place.

• Strong Relationship with KAM or higher position in Ecom platform.

• Good skills in operating online sales portals.

• Know the online sales flow/pattern on many different Ecom Platform and Online website and each Platform ‘s feature.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in operation skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives.

• Proven success operating and growing ecommerce stores.

• Good communication and planning skills

• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and be able to negotiate in different situation.

Education and Language:

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Intermediate Level in English.

• Intermediate Level in MS Office software pack (Word/Excel/Power Point…)

Refered and Plus:

• Have experience with Audio Equipment field or Similar.

• Working knowledge of content management systems, preferred.

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Experience with Google Analytics is an advantage
