1. Handle student enrolment
 Sign up students for courses
 Arrange payment for courses
 Check the inquiries
 Arrange class transfers
 Arrange school fee refunds
 Arrange school fee savings
 Assign classes and level placement for students
 Follow up company and private class payments by bank transfer
2. Handle programmes consultations and sales activities
 Introduce the company
 Clarify customers’ needs
 Give pre-consultations
 Get students’ information
 Arrange placement tests
 Deliver programmes / course consultations
3. Handle customer care activities
 Handle customer complaints, customer requests
 Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
 Update waiting lists
 Follow up booking lists
 Do the telesales
 Email to customers as requested
4. Handle customer payment
 Receive customer payments
 Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO
5. Account Management
 Manage service process to satisfy the customers
 Monitor and manage account to get high re-sales rate
 Build good relationship with all account to increase loyalty and get referral

 Good product knowledge
 Sales orientation
 College/University graduated is an advantage
 Sales experience, including in counselling, advising and customer service
 Good communication and persuasion skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
 Strong sales and customer service focus
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
Computer: Familiar with MS Office
 Age range: 21 to 30
 Well presented
 Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team
 Available for shift working
 Ability to work under pressure
 Outgoing personality and self motivated
