Employer Branding Executive

True Platform (Base Global) is a B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Company providing technology management solutions for global enterprises. We would focus on building the easiest-to-start, simplest-to-use, and fastest-time-to-value customer-centric platform that helps companies win deals, grow loyalties, communicate seamlessly and work better with customers. We are looking for talented Employer Branding Executive to pursue True Platform’s mission together: Build great enterprise software for the world.

* Employer Branding (80%)
Your main responsibilities is collapsing with line manager to build employer branding plan based on business‘s strategic goals and implementing activities to enhance brand awareness and recruitment marketing:

- Understand candidate persona and employer value proposition (EVPs), flexibly adjust based on business goals
- Grow social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, career website, etc.) and develop other distribution channels to reach target audience
- Develop a comprehensive content system that speaks outs values of our brand and converts candidates in technology industry
- Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with universities, associates to expand the talent pool
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to run recruitment campaigns/programs which contributes to the effectiveness of recruitment sourcing
- Propose initiatives to improve channels, tools, and methodology of company communications to enhance the candidate experience
 

* Employee Engagement (20%)
You will join in implementing internal communication activities to ensure employee engagement and support branding needs:

- Participate in ensuring employee experience: Constantly observe and propose solutions for employees‘ issues (skills improvement, work effectiveness, etc.)
- Speak out EVPs through internal activities and motivate employees to become brand representatives

We‘re looking for talented Employer Branding Executive to join our team with below traits:

* Experience
At least 6-month work experience in Employer Branding/Marketing (tech industry is a plus)
Grow social media channels and create deep content that attracts the target audience
* Skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Design on Canva, Powerpoint, etc., a keen eye for aesthetics is a plus
Good human sense to discover valuable stories inside the organization and speak out them through communication channels
Time management and effective teamwork
