Executive Assistant

•  As the Executive Assistant, you will be reporting to an Australian national CEO. He owns businesses in Australia, Philippines, Malaysia & Vietnam. In this role, you will provide remote support to the CEO and offshore executives particularly in calendar & meeting management, email management, booking travel, accommodation and supporting other travel logistics, event management, completing expense reimbursements and company records management.
•  You will work in a fast paced environment with a supportive and dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to travel to our satellite offices and Manila Headquarters.

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience specializing Executive Secretary, Secretarial, Administrative Assistant work
• Experience or knowledge in new business set-up (getting permits from the government etc.) is a must
• Above average English communication skills, both written and spoken – able to compose correspondences
• Adept in MS Office Applications
• Handle multiple executives, priorities and deadlines
Plus other work related ad-hoc tasks
• Proficient time management skills, highly organized with an ability to prioritize workload (ability to plan ahead & anticipate problems = problem solver )
• Confidence and ability to interact with clients and executives
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and solutions focused
• Team player, supportive of colleagues
• Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality
• Applicants must be willing to work in District 1
• Willing to travel to either to Australia, Philippines or Malaysia
• 1 (One) full time position available for a Vietnamese national
