Asia Pacific Logistics and Transportation JSC (APECTRANS JSC) was founded in 2007 by experienced members in the transport and logistics industry of Vietnam. APECTRANS® is an ambitious organization with its ultimate goal to offer an attractive and competitive professional freight forwarding & logistics service to local and international business partners. With over 74 tractors, 5000+ SOC Containers (DC, ISO Tanks, etc.), and 1 barge, we are constantly expanding our service to domestics and foreign customers. We are looking for an experienced person to contribute to the growth of the company.
- Identify and generate new business (focusing on Japanese Company operating in Vietnam); develop and deliver sales presentations.
- Develop customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.
- Develop sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, presentations, and internal paperwork for new customer proposals and presentations.
- Develop and implement a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts.
- Develop and implement a plan for closing business and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Seek/create opportunities to expand business with current clients; identify further business needs and develop and present solutions.
- Grow existing accounts to full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long-term basis.
- Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepare post-event reports and analysis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Work closely with VP of Operations to ensure customer needs and expectations are understood and exceeded.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Able to communicate in English and Japanese
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development and sales.
- Extremely results driven; hands-on approach to business development.
- Highly analytical mindset; strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of export, import trade lane and domestic traffic patterns.
- Understand export and customs regulations as well as domestic rules and regulations.
