Finance Manager

SUMMARY 
Position: We  are  looking  for a Finance  Manager who  will  work  directly  with our expat Group  CFO on financial analysis and fundraise activities of group 
Company:  
- Galaxy  Entertainment  and  Education  JSC  (“GEE”)  is  a  leading  company  in  Media,  entertainment and education platform in Vietnam. GEE is parent company, owning 4 group  subsidiaries, including Galaxy Studio, Galaxy Play, Galaxy Education and Galaxy Media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
This role will work directly with the Group CFO to support in below activities. 
Work will involve interacting with Finance and accounting teams of multiple subsidiaries. 
1. Financial Reporting & business analysis at group level 
2. Cash flow management 
3. Fund Raising – including debt and equity
4. M&A Activities

REQUIREMENTS 
• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance/Business/Audit & Accounting or related field. International  certificates are a plus.
• 4-7 years working experience. Preferred combination of Audit + FP&A experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint .
• Ability to take initiative and work well in a high growth environment. Good analytical skills and  strong attention to detail.
