[Fresher] Sales Executive (Income Up To 2000 USD - Foreign Customers)

Responsible for leasing luxurious apartments in Ho Chi Minh City to foreign customers.

• Understand Sales skill in Real Estate market
• Negotiate on the leasing price, terms and conditions.
• Take care of the entire Sales process from enquiry to executing leasing contract with customers
• Build and Maintain relationship with Customers, Landlords and Agents partner

• Have strong motivation for Sales
• Fluent in English, especially speaking skills.
• Born from 1993 to 1998.

• Income usually goes from 5 million to 45 million VNĐ/month.
• Review performance and benefit scheme every quarter
• Will be carefully coached by experienced Sales team leader in 2 months of trainees program
• Can be trained under details curriculum of Hoozing Pro Agent during 8 months to become the professional Agent.
• 15 annual leaves per year.
• Free gym and swimming pool around the office.
