Mô tả công việc

-Ensure all supplies and goods are procured are of the best quality at the best price and on time.

-Plan, direct and manage procurement under direction of Management.

-Work closely with Fin Dept to ensure compliance with all purchase procedures payment terms, preparation of financial etc.

-Assist to develop, review and approve administrative and purchase procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of operations in purchase and stores.

-Liaise with vendors and contractors.

-Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.

-Dealing with the Company’s HR matters to ensure they are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Vietnamese labor authorities.

-To supervise the maintenance of the Employee database, Employee profiles to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on a timely basis.

-To ensure the required working permits (Work Visa, Resident Permit, Work Permit) for the expatriates.

-Perform monthly related internal reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

-Experienced administrative and HR professional

-Good computing. Good oral and written communication skills.

-Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload, multi-tasking ability. Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical).

-Personality: careful, hard-working, considerate, willing to learn, well-organized, attention to details, ability to work under pressure. Maturity, discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

-Capacity to learn and adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment
