The right candidate will be in charge of managing the whole operation at Chez Gilbert Saigon.
From sourcing, all the necessaries, supervising/producing the food for the restaurant & the retails side, managing team members schedule and efficiency.
Also, the GM has to know all the different positions through the company to be able to replace any team members.
Ordering food, drinks, and other supply
Maintaining a clean & organize Kitchen
Organizing the schedule of the whole team
Organizing the food production for retails & restaurant
Report (daily, weekly & monthly) to owner
Accounting filling & Invoice follow-up
Payment to supplier
Collecting cash and handing over when necessary
Hiring staff when necessary
Maintaining proper relation with customers
Weekly meeting with the marketing team for development
Answering Facebook message (as well as from any other platform)
Any other task deems necessary and reasonable to the good function of the shop.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Strong background as a chef
Previous Management experience
Fluent in English: Written & spoken
Experience as a waitress/cashier
Comfortable with Google tools (Spreadsheet, Gmail, Doc, Forms…)
CAN DO attitude, not being afraid of challenges
Extra Requirement (stuff that will make candidates stand out):
Wine Knowledge definitely a PLUS
Illustrator & Photoshop skills
Digital Marketing knowledge
Business development mindset
