• Maintain and develop sales volume;
• Develop new business opportunities from new market segments (US, Europe,...) existing clients and renewals;
• Market research;
• Contact with customers and record all customers’ information in the report of customer porfolio;
• Planning for week work, month for approval and comply with the approved plans;
• Contact clients to ascertain the client’s satisfaction with the service;
• Keep close relationship for retention of clients;
• All tasks are done online;
• Other tasks are required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Female only
• English or Japanese (N1, N2) is 1 of 2 necessary languages (level High Intermediate)
• Working experience in sales (preferred in game industry);
• Customer service orientation; good negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and problem solving skills;
• Able to work independently and team work in a multi tasks;
• Able to work under high pressure;
• Priority to have experience working at game company
• MS ability.
