Project Planning

• Request clear project briefs from brand contacts to ensure time is managed efficiently 
• Plan and prioritize project commitments using a calendar and provide realistic timescales to meet deadlines
• Communicate clearly with project leaders to ensure they are kept up-to-date on project progress
• Track and report time spent on each project
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, fonts etc. for record keeping and reference.

Idea Generation & Design Work

• Work across a variety of design projects including; visual and brand identity, marketing and advertising, publication, illustration, packaging and environmental design, plus design for digital, social media and websites
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Follow brand guidelines to create new designs with a consistent use of brand logos, typography, color palettes, photography and imagery.
• Ability to work from a style guide but also push the boundaries to keep designs fresh and interesting.
• Create and rollout integrated multimedia campaigns in partnership with copywriting resources and key stakeholders.
• Produce visually compelling and high impact presentations for strategic initiatives and important meetings.
• Suggest new and original ideas and keep track of trends, design innovations and the competition
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Concept Refinement

• Collaborate with printers to create a test print or mock-up product when required
• Present ideas and designs to brand contacts for feedback
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.

Concept Refinement – continued
• Revise designs following input from brand contacts and provide an up-date on the project timeline if necessary.

Final Delivery
• Provide files and images in all appropriate formats and resolutions as required
• Ensure print quality and final product is completed to a high standard

• 2-5 years’ experience in graphic design, demonstrated by a portfolio of work
• We would consider a recent graduate with a professional attitude and strong portfolio of work
• Advanced in Vietnamese and English – written and spoken
• Experienced user of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe InDesign would also be an added advantage
• Experience in digital UI and UX design work and Sketch would also be an additional asset

• 100% gross salary in probation

- Private health Insurance (applied when you have the official labor contract)

• 13th month salary plus annual bonus (based on the actual personal/company performance), pro-rata for the 1st year of employment, effective from signing labor contract

Monthly Incentive performance

• Annual Leave: your annual leave entitlement will be 12 working days per calendar year, pro-rata for the 1st year of employment, maximum +7 days

• Salary is reviewed in Mar each year, effective from Apr
