- Handling guest experience tasks: communicate with the guest and enhance their experience by your idea, deal with guest requests and complaints, control the review on OTA.
- Managing daily operation: check-in, check-out, check booking and payment base on online system and apps, answer guest inquiries in prompt and professional way, control quality of the hotel and co-working space.
- Involving in weekly meeting to report and come up with new development plan with new idea for guest.
- Learning and practicing how to create a signature glass of coffee and serve the customers in an appropriate and professional way.
- In charge of managing the cash flow in & out of the hotel and wor.kafe, order supply and inventory.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Strong oral and writing skill in English is a must
- Having an inquiring mind and being independent in work
- Strong service mind, hospitality spirit is a plus
- Be punctual and honest
- No experience in hospitality industry is ok
- Working hours: 6 hours / day, 5 days / week (2 days off) Be flexible to arrange the schedule base on the study schedule
