[HCM] Business Analyst

You will:

- Be part of a dynamic and helpful group 

- Be involved in the software development process of clarifying customer's needs, designing, implementing and testing them

- Elicit and collaborate software requirements, analyze and manage them in their life cycle

- Provide a user's view to the software product development, evaluate software business solutions

- Be encouraged to suggest ideas and play an important role in the growth of the company

Technical requirements:

- Bachelor degree 

- Have good knowledge of software development processes

- At least one-year experience of software requirement development and management

- Enjoy working in the software development environment

- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills: IELTS score of at least 7.0 or equal

- Effective communication and interaction skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

- Detail orientation

- Active team player – active communication, open mind, and friendliness
