To assist in the preparation of Departmental Budget.
To help ensure that sectional operation budget is in line and costs are strictly controlled.
To ensure that all food items are prepared and served in a timely manner.
To help out with the menu planning.
To assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in training and management of the junior staff members.
To arrange and supervise sectional duty roster and all kinds of leaves.
To carry out proper techniques and etiquette for all types of service.
To perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 3 (three) years of working experience in the similar position
Working experience in hotel industry is a plus
