Head Of Field Collection

• Organize and manage field collection network and processes all across the Vietnam with Headquarter in HCMC
• Establishing the cooperation with police structures, government-related structures and public institutions all across the Vietnam
• Recruit the teams (both field collectors, security officers in the field), train, supervise and guide staff
• Manage and evaluate employee’s performance and provides guidance and feedback
• Develop internal methodology, processes & procedures to maximize recoveries level and minimize operational risks
• Manage and be responsible for financial result of field collection activities
• Maintain good relationship with tax and other authorities
• Organize databases for internal use

• Bachelor degree in law or any relevant field
• Proven connections all around the Vietnam and skills in organizing good relationships with counterparties
• Experience in debt collection would be an advantage
• Experience in military force or secret services would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Vietnam regulations
• Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships
• Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills
• Good written & verbal English is the MUST
• Experience in managing people as a MUST
