- Meet and greet clients / guests.
- Handle telephone switchboard. Take and relay messages.
- Control of mails: handle incoming mails and outgoing mails; keep record according to the Bank’s procedure.
- Handle monthly account statements to customers: send monthly account statements to customers by mail and delivery at bank’s counter.
- Maintain fax machines, retrieve and route incoming fax; consolidate and reports on outgoing fax.
- Control of office supplies, stationery, books and forms.
- Assist in maintenance of bank’s assets.
- Assist in managing working time control book.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filling, photocopying, etc.
- Other assistance and services as required by the Department Head and Management.
