Job descriptions :
1. HR :
• Manage the structure and process of HR Department: recruiting, training, managing and evaluating, retaining and developing, etc.
• Build, develop and implement HR and other compliance policies & procedures in support of the company’s operations;
• Build up and manage the performance appraisal process;
• Developing and implementing the personnel services and programs as performance management (evaluation tools, methods and formats);
• Working directly with local authorities regarding to job’s request;
• Supervise, review and implement strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Policies, Regulations & Guidelines in compliance with Vietnamese laws and ensure good implementation;
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
• Give advice about the law to Directors in circumstance cases;
• Coordinate with other department;
• Manage all activities related to HR or any requests from Directors.
2. Admin and General Affairs:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of administrative staffs, including but not limit to building maintenance, repairing, new setting-up; textbook delivery; warehouse and asset management.
• Organizing company events: company trip, year-end party, etc.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male or female, from 35 years old
• Proficient in English
• BA in related fields.
• 10 years working in HR – Admin, General Affairs.
• Skilled in planning and develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments.
• Skilled in negotiation, communication and presentation.
• Skilled in management or supervisor employees.
• Honest, decisive and can working under pressure.
• Candidates who worked in English/Education industry would be a plus
