Mô tả công việc

1. Assist in the development and implementation of sound personnel systems, policies and procedures. Ensure policies and procedures are disseminated in a timely manner and consistently implemented and administered.
2. Manage full cycle of recruitment process and placement activities. Participate in the interview of all positions.
3. Conduct induction program for new employees.
4. Monitor and administer internal transfer, re-designation, staff promotion, confirmation, resignation process, leave records, staff attendance, performance review and disciplinary matters.
5. Identify training needs of employees, coordinate and direct the training and development functions ensure all training needs are appropriately met. To prepare training planning, admin and manpower budget for new financial year.
6. Assist in development of HR system and updating the data into the E-HR system when necessary.
7. Prepare human resource related correspondences and reports as required by relevant authorities or by Management.
8. Administer staff Insurance claims.
9. Organize and participate staff welfare and social activities.
10. Ensure the safe custody and effective retrieval of all personal documents, records and files.
11. Support C&B duty
12. Assist to Performance review yearly implementation
13. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
14. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
15. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
16. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
17. Supervise and taking care of assets & facilities of office
18. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

-Qualifications: Human recourse, bunisness management, Business administration
-Experience: Minimum 4 years as same postion
-Specific skills /abilities: Job Knowledge, Communication and writing skills, openness, detail and very careful
-Personal qualities: Independent, Confidentiality, Integrity, critical thinking
